The company asked 18 thousand rubles for the intercom. Moreover, its representatives trumped the fact that they had already worked with the local DEZ and had access to the technical premises of the house. Denis was about to sign a contract, but then another company appeared on the horizon. Their arguments were more impressive. The fact is that they are installing an intercom. for free. But the tenants regularly pay them 23 rubles per apartment per month for the rest of their lives. For this money, the company controls the operation of the intercom and repairs it free of charge. The offer is profitable, but the residents wanted to install two intercoms in the entrance: one on the front door, the other on the inside. In addition, they wanted the concierge to have an intercom. The team agreed to install a second intercom for 200 conventional units. Moreover, as it turned out later, in a house with two intercoms, residents must pay the company not 23 rubles a month, but 35 (if their apartment has a handset for the intercom), and 30 (if there is no handset). A small brick wall was erected from the concierge's room to the staircase. And it turned out that a small dark room was still being carved out for the concierge. Where space was freed up, you could put a bed, a table and even a TV. All that remains is to find someone who would like to work as a concierge. Work every other day, salary - 4 thousand a month. For these payments, we initially decided to collect 250 rubles from each apartment. In fact, the DEZ allocates money to pay concierges. After deducting all taxes, it turns out that they transfer 1 thousand 250 rubles per month. But there are three concierges. And this money is not enough. But here the residents do not complain. They understand that the concierge is their safety, security and good mood - it’s nice when someone smiles when you enter your home.
